Paul Niesler, Managing Director of PALKO has been involved in the billiard industry since a young boy of 13 working alongside his father. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the billiard industry. He started mainly manufacturing snooker and pool tables in his family factory in Australia. He has also manufactured all types of billiard products tables, slate, cloth, cues and balls starting in Taiwan in the 1970’s and then moving on to China in 1999.
